Regular IT system updates and server reboots

Council has scheduled weekly IT systems maintenance to ensure minimum disruption to the online systems.

All servers are scheduled for weekly reboots/maintenance sessions on Thursdays from 18:00 to 19:00. During this time services will be temporarily affected.
IT engineers and developers are onsite every Friday to assist users with any challenges they may have.

Council encourages the profession to communicate any IT-related issues to IT via email.

Comments on any IT service rendered must be escalated to Mr TR Litabe.
