Minister of Health publishes CPD regulations for comment

The Minister of Health, the Honourable Dr Aaron Motsoaledi, has, in terms of Section 33(1)(o) of the Pharmacy Act, 53 of 1954, published the proposed Regulations relating to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for comment from all stakeholders on 13 July 2018.
The regulations may be viewed on the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) website – click here. Interested parties have three months from the date of publication to submit their comments, i.e. the last day of comments will be 13 October 2018.
Written comments may be sent to the Director-General: Department of Health, Private Bag X828, Pretoria, 0001 (for the attention of the Director: Public Entities Governance).
